Miami International Holdings, also known as Financial Markets Exchange Miax, raised more than $ 345 million in his IPO Wall Street debut.
Shares, which were priced at $ 23, rose more than 33% on the first trading day and are mentioned on the New York Stock Exchange under the Ticker Miax.

“We are a technology-driven leader in building and operating regulated financial market places on multiple asset classes and geographies. Our Miax Exchange marketplaces are made possible by our internal, own technology,” said a submission to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
“We believe that the speed and performance of our own technology in combination with our fully integrated, award -winning customer service distinguish us from our competitors.”
According to the company, those activa classes include American options, shares, futures and entries. The proceeds from the IPO will go to general business purposes.

The total option volume in all classes rose by 42.9% on an annual basis to a record of 1.1 billion contracts. The total market share is 16.2%.

Although the exchange does not state listed funds, it exchange options on ETFs, including Ishares Bitcoin Trust ETF, Ishares Ethereum Trust, Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust and Bitwise Ethereum ETF, to name just a few.
