The estate of Soren Mangtheth Dixon and the estate of Charles Patterson, both deceased, are also mentioned as defendants in the court case. Dixon had driven during the crash. The suit describes the vehicle as a cyber truck of Patterson.
Dixon, Tsukahara and another individual, Jack Nelson, died through the crash, while another passenger was transported to the hospital.
