It is a safe gamble that nobody had Kamala Harris, writes the best -selling political memoirs of 2025 on their current bingo card, but that is what happens.
Carlos Lozada of the New York Times posted on X:
Simon & Schuster announces that the Kamalaharris Memoir has sold 107 days in the first week 350k copies. “These sales have put 107 days on a route to be the best -selling memoirs that was published in 2025,” the publisher announces.
In July, Politics Reported on the poor sale of Trump -Boeken:
The newest example is “2024: How Trump the White House and the Democrats Lost America,” by political journalists Josh Dawsey, Tyler Pager and Isaac Arnsdorf. “2024” sold around 6,000 hardcover copies in the first week of publication, according to data released last Wednesday from NPD Bookscan. But even with that sales figure it made it number 4 on the bestseller list of the New York Times (The Times Bestseller List does not reveal his data sources.)

This follows on other Trump books in the second term that experience a matte sale. ‘Trump in Exile’, by Meridith McGraw from the Wall Street Journal, has sold around 2,000 copies since the release last August, according to Bookscan. Axios’ Alex Isenstadt’s’ Revenge: The Inside Story of Trump’s Return to Power ‘, published in March, has so far sold around 3,000 copies, according to Bookscan. McGraw and Isenstadt refused to comment.
Jake Tapper’s Biden Book, that was based on the conspiracy theory that Democrats hid, shriveled and died the cognitive decline of Biden After it turned out that Biden has cancer, not a mental issue.
It has been told that a book that had to be about the health of Biden and the cover-up completely missed the fact that Biden had cancer.
Most Democrats believe that Kamala Harris received a bad deal in 2024. She was placed in an impossible position. She tried to lead a campaign for a party plagued by chaos and dysfunction, a self -inflicted wound caused by the media and party elites.
There is a considerable goodwill around Kamala Harris. That does not necessarily mean that most Democrats want to see her run for president again. There is a real desire for a new generation and a new face.
The era of public interest in Donald Trump is over. The current president is no longer a money maker for the regular media, which means that many of them sold out the country in the hope of wealth that will never come.
