Republicans are very unlikely that they will keep their majority in the house next year, and with every day that passing by, the momentum and the chance will only increase against De Gop.
Speaker Mike Johnson went on CNN’s State of the Union on Sunday and was asked for a variety of issues related to Trump after a discussion of the potential Republican caused closure of the government.
Johnson was quickly exposed as the same points of talks that have a nod of approval on Fox News, ended up with a flop on CNN.
Jake Tapper asked Johnson for James Comey and the principle of presidents who called for persecutions, and Johnson lied and rewrote history:
I don’t think he did that, but what I have with Jake is the total and extreme armor of the Ministry of Justice.
And Comey was a primary person who was responsible. They have almost, for four years in the BIDEN administration, converted the entire device of our judicial system against one person. His name is Donald Trump. There has never been a political figure in the history of the world that was so malignant and attacked, certainly not used.
The legal system of his country to go after him in the way they did all possible ways. You and I would need three hours of a program to go through all the ways they did, which they did, that they have armed the doj. And so that was Comey ultimately the leader of and responsible for. He was one of the most important people who did that and, and I think that if he lived against the congress about what he knew and when he knew it.
That is a matter that transcends politics. I think he should be tried for that, and I expect the jury to determine in that case that that is exactly what he did.
Tapper pointed out that the Comey case has nothing to do with Joe Biden: “This case is specifically about whether or not Comey loaned about leaking information that what seems to have taken place in 2016-2017 have nothing to do with Joe Biden.”
