Rosie O’Donnell’s Former house in Miami found its new owner.
The 11.104 square foot house in the Luxury Star Island neighborhood, which was once the comedian, recently sold $ 35.3 million, in collaboration with Liz Hogan van Compass, which represented both the buyer and seller.
Originally built in 1923, O’Donnell bought the house in 1999. The talk show guidelist sold the estate on the ocean to the late few David and Linda Frankel for $ 16.5 million in 2013.

O’Donnell sold its Star Island -ownership in 2013, but held other homes in the US. She recently sold a penthouse in New York City in May 2025 for $ 4.75 million, according to the New York Post.
