Cracker Barrel collaborated with three different marketing agencies at the controversial rebranding, according to a press release of March 2025.
According to the release on The Cracker Barrel websiteThe company raised Marketing and PR companies Viral Nation, Prophet and Blue Engine as part of what it called a “bold strategic transformation to revitalize its iconic American restaurant brand.”
It is unclear how much influence each company had on the rebranding – or which, if present, was responsible for the heavily criticized new logo. A version of the release also appears The Virale Natie website.

The prophet was tapped to re -design the restaurant of Cracker Barrel and lead a brand marketing campaign in the press release.
