State Secretary Marco Rubio defended the strike of President Donald Trump on a drug cartel-operated ship from Venezuela on Wednesday and promised that the US no longer “lean back” when it comes to “Nacro-terrorism”.
In response to questions about the Navy Strike on Tuesday that hit a ship in the South Caribbean Sea, Rubio is said to be members of Tren the Aragua smuggling that threw at the US, on the way to the US, “We are no longer sitting back and looking at how these people sail up and down through the Caribbean like a cruise.”
The strike apparently killed 11 members of the group – who was designated as a terrorist organization in February – and meant an important shift of the earlier confiscated and arresting international gang networks.

“The President of the United States has established that the Narco-terrorist organization is a threat to the national security of the United States. I don’t have to explain why,” said Rubio and noticed that the group is known for traffic, not only drugs, but also weapons and people.
“These are not securities brokers. These are not real estate agents who act a few drugs on the side. These are organized, businesslike, structured organizations that specialize in the trade in deadly drugs in the United States of America,” said Rubio. “They pose an immediate threat to the United States.”
When speaking with reporters from Mexico, where he also had counter weapons and narcotic drugs, Rubio argued that the previous policy of grabs and on singing was not effective.
“Because these drug cartels, what they do, they know they will lose 2% of their load – they bake it in their economy,” he said. “What will stop them is when you blow them up when you have lost them.”

The secretary also pointed out that the arms groups such as TREN apparently get the Aragua unconventional weapons, including drones, and continue to pose an increasingly serious threat to international safety.
“We are increasingly worried that these cartels are now in possession, not only from landmines and grenades. We now see the use of drone technology through Narco-terrorist groups that operate from Venezuelan territory,” he added and noticed that they are used to threaten security forces in neighboring countries like Columbia.

Rubio confirmed that the strategy used on Tuesday is how the US will continue to combat international anesthetic and weapon smuggling.
“It will happen again. Maybe it happens now, I don’t know. But the point is that the president of the United States is going to wage war against Narcoist organizations,” said Rubio.
