It is clear, although the Trump government will not say that Trump has concluded a deal with Putin who would give Russia a part of Ukraine. Although this Putin would reward for war crimes, it might not be the worst part of the deal.

Trump’s special envoy Steve Witkoff said on Sunday morning on CNN:
We have received an agreement that the United States and other European countries can effectively offer article five -like language to cover a security guarantee. So Putin said that a red flag is NATO admission. Right. And so what we discussed was to assume that it was about to be that the Ukrainians could be with that and live with it, and everything will be involved, is about what the Ukrainians can live with.
But assuming they could do that, we could win the following concession that the United States can offer article five, such as protection, what is one of the real reasons why Ukraine wants to be in NATO. We could bypass that a little and get an agreement that the United States could offer article five protection, which was the first time we have ever heard the Russians.
If Ukraine accepted this deal, it would put his safety in the hands of Donald Trump. Putin and Trump could be the two largest lying world leaders on the planet. Trump leading some security reaction to future Russian aggression against Ukraine would be equivalent to give Putin a green light to attack Ukraine and take more territory if he wanted.
One of the reasons why Ukraine wants NATO membership to be the Putin will prevent it from ever putting foot in Ukraine in Ukraine.
The fact that Witkoff almost brought about this part of Trump’s agreement shows that Trump met Putin to make a deal to give Russia everything it wanted to end the war.
Hopefully Zenskyy and the European leaders will go to the White House to laugh in Trump’s face in response to such an absurd proposal.
