Looking at history gives instructions on where this escalation can lead in violence.
If it is healthy, the two parties’ two parties, the entire system of the winner, rewards incrementalism: winning through a little often donates the same amount of power as a lot of winning, while it loses nothing. This is not the case in parliamentary systems with a proportional representation, a system that tends to grow faction and often extremism.
As a result, Republicans and Democrats tend to gradually shift problems and coalitions over time because they are looking for election benefit. But while these shifts occur, individuals and groups with extreme views can become frustrated. This can set up anger and anger in violence, especially when encouraged by politicians and the prominent.
The early 20th century in America was characterized by considerable left or anarchist violence. President William McKinley was murdered by an anarchist on 6 September 1901. Subsequently, a series of postal bombs from 1919 to 1920 focused on government officials and business people, culminating in the Bombardement Wall Street, who killed 30 people that day and hundreds of hundreds, with another 10 collapsing against wounds.

The 1960s and 70s saw a revival of left -wing violence. At the time, groups such as the weather under the ground and Symbionean Liberation Army, who used popular opposition against the Vietnam War and frustrations about the pace of the progress of civil rights, triggered a revolution while performing bombing and robberies. According to Time Magazine, these 2500 bomb attacks reached for a period of 18 months alone from 1971 to 1972-to activate Nixon’s re-election landslide with 60.7% of the votes on the way to winning 49 states. Nixon campaigned on leg and order.
Recent anarchist and left-wing violence is largely directed against ownership and obvious manifestation of the hated capitalist system and against their extremist right-wing counterparts. This applies in particular in cities where local law enforcement seemed completely uninterested in closing the riots and arson.

So the long, simmering summer of 2020, with Antifa, BLM and the George Floyd riots that took place on COVID-19 Pandemic limitations, saw a maximum of 16,000 arrested people, $ 1-2 billion in material damage, at least 25 deaths and around 62,000 national guardians in more than 30 states.
But as bad as 2020, the riots of Los Angeles from 1992 was more of an orgy of anger and opportunistic looting than everything that is ideological, caused as many inflation-corrected material damage as the 2020 riots, destroyed or damaged with more than 1,100 buildings, to 63 deaths and 2,000 people injured with about 12,000. And that was just in LA.

But the recent wave of violence against ice and other law enforcement officials could enter into a dangerous new phase. The ambush of July 4 in Alvarado, Texas, is particularly worrying. A group of 10 men and women are said to have used fireworks to take off agents, after destroying vehicles with graffiti such as “Ice Pig” and “Traitor.” They reportedly shot up to 30 rounds, one of which was an Alvarado police officer in the neck.

The suspected domestic terrorists were found with 12 sets of body armor and charged magazines. Without a stalled AR-style rifle that had been thrown away in the forest, the victims under law enforcement might be much worse.
In the aftermath, 10 people were accused of attempted murder. Literature found on stage, begged “Vecht ice terror with class war” and “Resist fascism – Vecht Oligarchy.”
Although it was overshadowed by the Ambush in Texas, the ice field office in Portland, Oregon was attacked the same day, in which various people damaged the building, tried to reduce his communication connections, attack officers and call on sorrowing devices at federal law enforcement.
Radicalization, linked to the convenience of organizing via social media and the tacit and often explicit approval of high -profile democrats, is likely to result in an increased pace of violence aimed at law enforcement. After all, if ice is a “modern gestapo” as a democratic governor of Minnesota and 2024 Vice Presidential Nominee Tim Walz claimed in May, then a measure is to attack both morally and necessary.

But what is the endgame? Do the perpetrators really think that violence directed against law enforcement will cause the law of the law? Do the left -wing agitators believe that their anger against the machine will lead to an election victory?
History suggests that in 2028 their actions will inexorably lead to a landslide of the law and order.
