While Trump and his vice -president try to start the wheels to exploit the death of Charlie Kirk for the goal of criticizing the left, even the normally docile pool of the White House has the fact that something does not seem like Trump is planning.
After Trump had signed an order with regard to the planned invasion of Memphis, Tennessee, a reporter asked: “Do you think it would be appropriate to lower the flags to have staff when Melissa Horman, the Minnesota House Speaker, was also shot by a murderer?”
Trump said, “I am not known. Oh, who?”
The reporter said: “The speaker of the Minnesota house, a democrat. Who was murdered this summer?”
Trump’s answer: “If the governor had asked me to do that, I would have done that, but the governor of Minnesota did not ask me. I didn’t do that. I would not have thought of that. But if someone had asked me, I would ask people to lower the flag, but you would have done it, I would like to do it.”
