It was a warning that will reflect all over the world for every foreign government and company that is considering investing in the United States.
In 2021, Hyundai agreed to build an EV -battery production factory just outside of Savannah, Georgia, who would have thousands of residents of the state when they were completed, and to deliver batteries to the cars of the company.
Republicans in Georgia have been concerned about the fate of the factory since Trump returned to the office because of his hostility to EVs. What they could not foresee was that Trump’s immigration -raids would touch the plant and cause complete chaos.
Ice was initially aimed at four Spanish workers in the factory, but eventually arrested nearly 500 people, of whom more than 300 South Korean nationals were reportedly illegal in the country by overdowing their visas or doing work that was not allowed by their visa.
The Wall Street Journal reported:
The Hyundai Invall could worry about South Korean companies that send Korean staff to the US and hire them locally for their factories, said Hur Jung, president of the Korean Association of Trade and Industry Studies.
If such a performance is repeated, “Trust and industrial cooperation between the US and South Korea would harm in various industries, with negative consequences for local communities,” said Hur, who is also a professor of economics at Sogang University.

After the news about the arrests of Georgia, the largest newspaper in South Korea, the right-wing Chosun Ilbo, a story led: “After investment in ‘Trump Maga’, the arrest of 300 Koreans was returned.”
If foreign companies and the government lose confidence in the United States as a result of Trump, the people who will be most injured are those who can become Americans who can be employed by these new investments.
Trump claims that he wants to reduce production, but production is falling due to his policy.
The policy of the Trump government is a opposite effect, which deteriorates the economy and international status of the nation.
Trump does enormous damage to the United States. The people who pay the most serious price are not the billionaires, such as the president. Those who cause most damage work on Americans who see their way to economic success.
