The federally financed personal responsibility training program of California (PrEP) is full of radical gender ideology that denies biological reality, rejects Goudstandaard, evidence-based science and exceeds the scope of the authorizing status of PrEP. As a result, California will not receive any further federal financing to indoctrinate children.
The purpose of PrEP, according to the authorizing status, is “to inform adolescents about … both abstinence and contraception for the prevention of pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases” (42 USC § 713 (B) (2) (A)). Program materials must rely on “medically accurate”, “suitable” information and are encouraged to display examples of “healthy relationships, including wedding and family interactions”, as well as “parent-child communication”.

While the Governor’s office claims that California PrEP “expanded” and “evidence-based” education, the written curricula Tell another story. Parents deserve to know what their children are taught in the classroom, and we owe them transparency. Under the nose of parents, the government of California codified indoctrination in the Stational Act. The California Healthy Youth Act, which was signed in 2016, requires sexual health information to confirm radical gender ideology.
But avoiding parents to provide so -called “gender -confirming” care has not led to better results for by sexual children. On 19 August, the Newsom office replied to ACF with a letter stating that California “will not make such changes”, claiming that the material of California Prep is “medically accurate” and meets all relevant statutes. Neither of the two claims is true and the governor should know better. As promised, the brutal refusal of Newsom has resulted in the federal law in the termination of the California preparation fair.
This is just the first step. The Ministry of Health and Human Services will maintain its legal duty to ensure that the content that is given in all state preparation courses is suitable and age. After we have carried out a thorough assessment of prep curricula nationwide, we will inform all non -conforming states: follow the law or run the risk of losing your subsidy money. Education about pregnancy prevention and sexually transmitted diseases should no longer function as a leadership for radical gender ideology. Under President Trump, California will not receive federal financing for his subversive and dangerous indoctrination campaign.
