Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-IIWA, holds three of the president Donald Trump’s Nominees for the Ministry of Finance in protest against incoming rules that can limit tax credits for wind and solar energy.
Grassley announced the move on Friday and said that he would temporarily block the nominations of Trump for the general counsel of the department, assistant secretary and focus secretary.

“Until I can be sure that such rules and regulations comply with the law and the intention of the congress, I intend to object to the consideration of these nominees of the Treasury,” said Grassley.
