“We understand who makes the decisions in Russia and who has to end this war. The whole world also understands this. Ukraine calls for going beyond the exchange of statements and technical level meetings for conversations between leaders. The United States has presented this. Ukraine has supported it.

Trump also announced on Friday that he repeated two nuclear submarines after a “very provocative” conversation with former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.
