The district of Columbia is the capital of our nation, where foreign leaders will meet our presidents in the White House. Along the way, these leaders do not see a radiant city on a hill while they are staring through the windows of their motorcycle cades. Instead, they see a crime full of drug addicts, disturbed homeless people who mill zombie-like around their tents and gangs of criminals in stolen cars who long for innocent residents.
The DC Legal System is a complete disaster. Richard Nixon won about 20% of the DC mood in his landslide on George McGovern in 1972, the most “success” every Republican presidential candidate has been part of the Electoral College since DC. In his three presidential elections, Donald Trump amounted to no less than 6.6% of the votes in 2024, and the lowest performance by a Democrat were Hillary Clinton’s 90.9% in 2016. DC is full of Democrats, many of whom fill burialucratic jobs in the federal government. These voters form the large and petit jury pools for DC cases.
DC Statehood -debate increases as Trump bends the authority above the local police
It is no wonder that Biden Special Counsel Jack Smith did everything he could to hurry to a DC process by President Trump prior to the 2024 elections. Regardless of the merits of his case, Smith knew that he had a conviction in the bag based on the composition of the jury pool. He took extraordinary measures to obtain a trial before the elections, and even tried to circumvent the Court of Appeal to obtain a faster assessment of the Supreme Court during Pretrial Immunity Profession of President Trump. Smith’s faith was well substantiated; For example, a DC jury recently acquitted Michael Sussmann, a lawyer from Perkins Coie, for clearly false statements to special counselor John Durham during the Russiagate investigation probe. DCUS lawyer Jeanine Pirro, Trump’s All-Star Pick, was looking for a complaint under 18 USC § 111 for crime attack from a federal law enforcement officer. A DC Grand Jury, however, refused shameful to publish one. This development gave DC links with joy to the point that they now call the Pirro office and claim that they are going to buy more sandwiches.
DC is unique because local persecutions in crime are under control of the DC Superior Court. This is not an Article III court, even if the President appoints the judges through and with the advice and permission of the Senate. The president must choose from a committee in which only one member is a presidential appointment. The rest are, among other things, the appointment of the DC mayor (currently Democrat Muriel Bowser), the most important judge of the American court (another Democrat) and the DC -bar (full of Democrats). This group is filled with left -wing zealers who recently continued with the despicable rejection of Trump 45 and 47 lawyer Jeffrey Clark on the basis of a legal memorandum that he prepared and never sent. Even if there are vacancies for the DC Superior Court and the DC Court of Appeals (DC’s Supreme Court), President Trump can only choose from a slate of bad and favored candidates.

Left in DC usually inhabit safe spaces in NWDC, such as Georgetown, Logan Circle, Dupont Circle and Embassy Row. As such, they are not so exposed to unbridled crime as the poor, innocent DC residents are confronted daily. These limousine liberals have therefore decided to protest against the acquisition of President Trump of the DC Metropolitan Police. The police chief, Pamela Smith, used to lead the share office of the department. The law enforcement was a poor law enforcement. DC must follow the “Broken Windows” approach of the former mayor of New York City Rudy Giuliani and prosecute any proven crime. For the past four years, the federal prosecutors have been wasting their time on January 6 under the Ministry of Biden. Thanks to President Trump’s clement, these public prosecutors now have much more free time. A large part of the DC -Federal Public Prosecutors should be again allocated from their chic American court assignments and will slum in the DC Superior Court, where they can continue street vessels that terrorize the capital of our nation. Forced the defendants to go through the trial, even if left -wing large juries will not sue, left -wing juries will release, or left -wing judges will hand over pathetic mild punishments. Make the trial the punishment for these DC criminals and their enablers on the bank and in the jury boxes.

The vicinage clause of the Constitution requires that the defendants are tried in the district where the crime took place, so DC captains must come across DC juries, unless they ask for a change in the location. The government cannot obtain it. But perhaps fewer government employees such as grand and petit jury members will result in harder jury pools consisting of ordinary citizens who have had it with the unbridled crime of DC.
Due to our constitution, repairing DC will be difficult. Democrats want to make it a state and forever installing two democratic senators, and we have to use all legal tools to defeat this effort. President Trump does everything he can to improve DC, emphasized by his appointment of Targe-As-Hell Judge Jeanine Pirro as the best DC federal public prosecutor. But thanks to unconstitutional laws such as the DC Home Rule Act, the administration can only do so much. This law must be withdrawn, a performance that a Democratic Filibuster should overcome. In the meantime, President Trump must use any legal strategy to keep improving DC. His takeover of Union Station will lead to more companies returning to what had become a cesspool of homeless camps and criminals. If the congress does not allow the acquisition to continue after 30 days, the president must declare a national emergency situation to maintain it; Let the legal chips fall where they can if the local government challenges its authority. The capital of our nation is of all Americans – not a local DC violent villains and their enablers on the couch and jury pools. President Trump admirably leads the struggle to preserve and protect it.
