I mean, most units already do that, but we codify it and we don’t talk like hot yoga and stretching real hard PT. As a unit or as an individual at every level of the joint leaders, there is the youngest private to everyone in this room.
Leaders set the standard and so many of you, this is already doing this, Active Guard and Reserve.
