While people died in Texas, this was what Donald Trump did:
A man who loves the media’s attention was not hurried to keep a press conference. Trump did not return to Washington to speak with the nation in the aftermath of the most deadly flood in the United States in more than a century.
Trump has given the usual Republican thoughts and prayers and signed a disaster statement. In other words, he has done the bare presidential minimum and has not shown what probably hundreds of people die, including dozens of children, interfere his holiday weekend.
