At a certain moment it becomes logical to ask yourself whether different mayors and so -called leaders throughout the country see their desperate wrestling voters as nothing more than cheap disposable pawns to be moved around a political chessboard in the service of personal enrichment, ideology and hate? If so, then one of the first cities to focus on would be Chicago.
Just as with saving the overwhelming inhabitants of Washington, DC of the constant failures of his ‘leadership’, there are reports that President Donald Trump sees Chicago as the next test case. He has to, in many ways the people of the windy city suffer much more than residents in another large urban city.
Let me give me two really horrible reasons why this is: as the Chicago grandstand reported a few years ago, more than 40,000 men, women and children have been killed in the city in the last 60 years. More than 1 million are injured, most of them black, thousands of them innocent bystanders, including hundreds of children.

Those are not just statistics. They are obscenities and a national shame that every leader should take action. Yet these literal crimes against humanity are not only not being tackled, but they are not recognized either, because they will reflect badly on those whose policy and failures enabled them to happen.
Please pause for a few seconds to try to wrap your mind around that stunning, shocking and really horrible number: 40,000 men, women and children killed in just one American city. Again, that’s not statistics. It is a “killed in action” report from a foreign war.
And talking about foreign wars, it gets tragically much worse for the people – and especially children – from Chicago. An impossible headline from the Chicago Sun-Times stated a few years ago: “Violence in some neighborhoods in Chicago brings young men a greater risk than American troops confronted in Iraq, Afghanistan War Zones, find research.”
As the newspaper reported: “The risk of a man from 18 to 29 years old died in a shooting in the most violent zip code in Chicago … was higher than the death rate for American soldiers in the war in Afghanistan or for soldiers in an army fighting brigade fought in Iraq.”
But that is not the worst of the news – or the reality – emphasized by that headline. No. The worst reality with regard to that disgustingly disturbing head is the fact that school children have to cross that “war zone” twice a day to go back and forth to school. Children. And for what? To go to schools that are not employed by apparently corrupt teachers’ unions.
Following the reports that President Trump wants to do everything in his power to save the besieged inhabitants of Chicago, the democratic governor of the Illinois JB Pritzker Trump accused Trump of ‘his power’.
Placed the failing governor partially on X: “The state of Illinois has not currently received any requests or outreach from the federal government asking if we need help, and we have not made any requests for federal intervention.”

Gee, I have a suggestion for the focus -seeking governor, who is desperate to become the Democratic candidate for President in 2028: “Why don’t we carry out a real survey of the most risky inhabitants of Chicago to ask if they may want ‘federal intervention’ to rescue of spiral dialing;
The Governor continued: “The safety of the people of Illinois is always my top priority. There is no emergency that the President of the United States federates the @IL_NATL_Guard, use the national guard from other states, or to send an active service of soldiers within our own boundaries.”

Does he make a joke? Is that his clou into an extremely cruel joke? More than 40,000 murdered. School children who literally have to cross “war zones” twice a day to come to schools and deviate that do nothing to teach them. Only those two shameful and fully occurring realities do not rise to the level of “emergency” for Pritzker?
President Trump cannot save the city of Chicago quickly enough from those who use the detached inhabitants of the city for their own egoistic interests.
