It has come to my attention that Microsoft may be in possession of the only existing records that document a serious case of technology -related misconduct at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). According to the recent reporting of the National Public Radio (NPR) and whistleblowers obtained by Democrats in the Huiscommissie for Supervision and Government Reform, individuals have been associated with the Department of Government Efficiency (Dead) to use high-level access to high-quality information from trade unit.
The whistleblower has also explained how the responsible persons have tried to hide their activities, hinder supervision and protect themselves against accountability, including by removing system logs and opening doors to the NLRB case management system to send massive amounts of data outside the agency.
