Sylvester Stallone Gives fans a look at his house in Florida.
In a recent interview for the cover of September/October of PorchStallone and wife Jennifer Flavin spoke about how they knew they had found the right house when they bought their Palm Beach estate.
“We looked at some of the houses built after Covid, and they were miserable,” Stallone told The Outlet. “Monumental structures, but none of them embraced you or made sure you felt warm. You felt that you were in a hotell lobby.”
After looking in the house for a while, the couple looked at a house in Palm Beach with high ceilings and oversized windows, which was built in 2014. Flavin said what her won was that it was “a livable size”.

Stallone repeated his wife’s statement and explained the house “has no eight living rooms for no reason.” From the moment they first saw the house, “It felt automatically inviting“An important factor for both.
“I have always made every house that we have ever had a house,” said Flavin. “I don’t care if someone is spilling something. I can replace the carpet or clean it. We have three dogs and a cat and many children. Nothing we own is expensive. Our family is expensive, but the material things are not expensive.”

According to the designer of the house, Martyn Lawrence Bullard, it is the only house in Palm Beach that has its own private beach.
In addition to the private beach, the house, a theater room filled with Memorabilia from the various films of Stallone, including a knife from “First Blood”, the robe that he wore in “Rocky” and the original Academy Award-nominated scenario he wrote for “Rocky”.

“The screening room definitely has a theme,” Stallone explained. “It’s about where I came from.”
Elsewhere in the house there is a gym, a luxurious primary suite, a keyhole swimming pool outside in the middle of a manufactured lawn, a bar and walls filled with the enormous art collection of Stallone.

One room has made portraits of Stallone of “Rocky III” by the renowned artist Andy Warhol, while other rooms have artworks by artist Leroy Neiman, who exchanged paintings for a role as a ring -broadcaster The “Rocky” films.

“I consider it a wardrobe,” Stallone said about his art collection. “You can only wear the same shirt so often before you go: ‘God, I would like to see if this other color works [with it]. ‘

“With art you can take a piece that you have become … Maybe not blasé over, but you are not exactly overwhelmed by it anymore. You move that piece to another room, now you are reinforced. It is like furniture: rumbling, hanging around, constantly recovering our mind.”
Stallone and Flavin announced their plans to leave Los Angeles and move to Florida during the 2 -premiere season of their reality show, “The Family Stallone”, in February 2024.

“After a long, hard consideration, your mother and I decided to go further and to leave the state of California permanently,” he told his daughters Scarlet, Sistine and Sophia. “And we’re going to Florida.”
Flavin added that their house is now “an empty nest” and that she needed a change. In a confessional, Stallone admitted: “It is not an easy transition to Florida,” but it was something that his wife “had really put her heart on it”, and he eventually admitted. “

Prior to the leading role in their own reality show, Flavin and Stallone were On the edge of divorce. In August 2022, Flavin presented a divorce from the “Rambo” star after 25 years of marriage. The two reconciled, however, and were spotted together shortly thereafter.
