Styx co-founder Chuck Panozzo has launched his Asian inspired house in South Florida for $ 1.75 million.
The house with two bedrooms and three bathrooms is filled with a tropical Zen ambiance, including a swimming pool, koi ponds, Buddhas, topialy and various sculptures.
The 1,608 square foot Florida house is mentioned by the international realty of one Sotheby and is described as a “private tropical oasis” where the homeowner “can live the best of both worlds. Relax in your own sanctuary in the heart of Wilton country houses or party as a Rockstar, with the most amazing pool.”

Panazzo, 76, Die Styx co-design with his deceased twin brother John Panazzo and singer and keyboard player Dennis Deyoung in 1972, bought the house in 2007 for only $ 305,000, according to the New York Post.
“This house is especially for me because of the magic it has,” Panozzo once told Gimme Shelter, De Post reported. “When I open the door and the koi pond crossing and look around, I know that I am safe and at home. It was an empty canvas on the perfect party in the neighborhood, so I sold my apartment in Miami and I moved here. Every area became an environment that you can explore, whether I have to relax, reflect or appear,” “after the volume after the volume.

The house, near Fort Lauderdale, lies on a short walk of the popular Wiltern Drive and has a large office that could, according to Sotheby’s, double like a third bedroom.


The back garden is described as a “escape in resort-style”, with several fountains, two koi ponds and different garden sheds.

“Every corner of the outdoor space is carefully designed to relax peace, privacy and tranquility if you are in Bali or entertain your friends,” the list explained. “Quality Woodwork & Coral is a must -see.”
The house, known as “La Serenidad”, was built in 1952, according to the Miami Herald.

Styx released their titllless debut album in 1972 and has since sold 54 million records Worldwide. The band released four consecutive Multi-Platina albums between 1977 and 1981 with “The Grand Illusion”, “Pieces of Eight”, “Cornerstone” and “Paradise Theater.”

Styx has had several charts, including “Mr. Roboto”, “Babe”, “Come Sail Away” and “Show Me The Way”.
Only Panozzo and James Young remain from the founders. They perform next to Tommy Shaw, Todd Sucherman, Lawrence GowanWill Evankovich and Terry Gowan.

The 18th studio album from Styx, “Circling from Boven”, was released in July and the band is currently on tour until January.
