She has the nickname ‘Spartan’.
The second B-21 Raider Stealth Bomber flew flew on September 11, from his factory in the high desert of Palmdale, California, to adjacent Edwards Air Force Base.
The B-21 Raider is the most advanced bomber in the world and America’s first “sixth generation” Stealth Warplane. Two more sixth gene planes, the F-47 hunter of the Air Force and a secret carrier-based hunter for the Navy, are also in the making. With Spartan’s flight, however, comes on top of the continuous flight tests of the first B-21 “Cerberus”, the Air Force Bomber makes amazing progress.

Nicknames of the men and women of the production line and flight test teams tell you how special these gigantic bombers are. Threading with AI and revolutionary aerodynamics, they are almost as conscious beings.
China’s currency group: How Beijing focuses on the wallet of America and the Future
“With the arrival of the second B-21 RAIDER, our flight test campaign will get a considerable momentum,” said Air Force Secretary Troy Meink in a huge understatement.
The B-21 RAIDER is the replacement for the fleet of only 19 B-2 Spirit stealth bombers who blew the nuclear facilities of Iran in June.
Within the huge, boring beige hangar from Plant 42 in Palmdale, there are at least five and perhaps no fewer than 10 B-21s in different stages of the final assembly on the production line. Components such as the Pratt and Whitney High-bypass TurboFan engines come from suppliers of space travel throughout the country.
Thanks to Spartan, also known as Tail 2, you can see much more about how the B-21 Raider will function. First of all, she is gray, different shades lighter than the completely black B-2. The B-21 is bent and the shape of carbon graphite composite materials, no plate metal. Note that the B-21 has no tail or tube-like hull. The B-21 is a pure flying wing, with engines that are nestled in it, along with the fuel tanks and bombing.
Trump’s rates force China to feel the heat
The design is very efficient for a long -distance flight, at heights of perhaps 50,000 feet. Checking in flight is achieved with software that continuously makes small inputs for the pitch and trim of the B-21. You can see the sets of four identical sensors under the pointed nose of the B-21 that feed quad-redundant escape rules system.
Worried about Chinese spies with radar detectors looking at these B-21 flights? Not. Stealth aircraft strap often on a Luneberg lens passive radar reflector to brighten up the radar-back and so to hide the true characteristics of the B-21. In Combat Stealth mode even the navigation lamps withdraw.
Next for the B-21: weapons and mission systems tests, said Meink. The B-21 will continue the signature verification, view its built-in radars and electronic warfare systems and prepare for tests of weapon release. Expect to see photos of the B-21 that fly around with bomb doors open soon. At some point they will test the small heating of the cockpit on hot dogs or soup, and the chemical toilet of five gallon. All “comfort” crews expect in a stealth bomber when flying 48-hour missions.

Prutling while Rome Burns: America ignores the rising red flood of China
More B-21s can’t get fast enough. America is short of stealth bombers. With only 19 B-2s left, the need for a large operational fleet of B-21 Raiders is intense.
Operation Midnight Hammer threw seven B-2s in Iran for just one strike. Do mathematics. For a credible deterioration strategy against Russia, China, North Korea and who knows what else, America needs enough B-21s to repeat strikes at multiple locations.
Remember that the B-21 will play two roles: nuclear deterrence in the triad, plus global, conventional strikes, against goals, ranging from nuclear sites for bad guys to mobile missiles and enemy ships. As the strike in Iran showed, Stealth -bombers are the only tools for the job when it comes to massive ordnance attacks.

With tail 2 up and flying, the smart move for President Donald Trump would be to open a second B-21 production line to take advantage of the flowering line and capacity in the industrial basis of space travel.
When Northrop Grumman won the B-21 contract in 2015, the Penny-Pinching Obama Pentagon was planning to buy the B-21 at the relaxed rate of four or five a year for 20 years to obtain a fleet of 100. That was before China’s nuclear rissiles.
The B-21 has been a roaring success in terms of production. Because it has experienced so few problems, the B-21 Washington, DC shocked by being 28% budget about the five-year defense plan, according to a report from the Aviation Week. I don’t know any other important program that is implemented so efficiently.

The B-21 Raider holds the US Air Force kilometers for rivals. Russia flew his TU-22m3 bombers last week during the military exercises of Zapad. The bombers of Vladimir Putin have been upgraded, but they are far from secret. The Chinese H-6K bombers that harass Guam are still from the old Jetliner design, with conventional or nuclear missiles on long-distance-under the wings, where their radar-characteristic view is at the point. China cannot wipe the Pacific Ocean while the B-21 is wary.
Count on Spartan, Cerberus and the new fleet of B-21 Raider Bombers to retain the deterrent benefit of America for the next decades.
