Shell is confronted with a lawsuit that claims that the company has carried out a business reorganization racially discriminated against Against white employees.
America First Legal (AFF) brought a lawsuit on Wednesday to the US Court for the Southern district of Texas on behalf of employees in the security department of the company that claimed that Shell racial discriminated against them in violation of the title VII of the Civil Rights Act if the company carried out a reorganization in accordance with Objectives for business diversity.
The AFL lawsuit claims that the employees had better references and performance assessments, but were forced to request again for their job, full personal assessments and were ultimately replaced by less qualified candidates.
“What our customers have experienced, every American should alert,” said AFL lawyer July Haller. “If a company can openly discriminate against employees because of the color of his skin – under the guise of Dei – then no one is safe. America First Legal is proud to keep Shell responsible and to restore equal justice under the law.”

One of the customers and her line manager were terminated and said that their supervisor gave “tear pots” as a farewell gift. The following called it a “humiliating act that underlined the contempt with which Shell and his managers treated loyal employees whose only” wrong “was the wrong race.”
Aftral said that his second customer, the most experienced security advisor in the unit, was confronted with an accelerated transfer to an off-site location without a Shell Office.
“Shell’s apparently racially motivated sperm trampled federal legislation, destroyed the career of two dedicated professionals and put thousands of Shell employees in danger,” said AFL -says Jacob Meckler.
