Playboy announced on Wednesday that it will move his head office in Los Angeles to Miami Beach, “one of the most dynamic, culturally relevant and commercial cities in the country.”
To resolve the move, Playboy also develops a new and re -devised Playboy Club that will be the home of a restaurant and exclusive space-all-room inspired by the legendary Playboy men’s house.

The new Playboy HQ will be located in the Rivani Penthouse, a “class X” ultra-high-end luxury office ownership. In addition to the new office and the club, the company will also build multimedia content studios in Miami Beach to support the growing creator network.

“Content is the key to our strategy,” said Kohn. “We are planning to build a content team in Miami with moving the magazine, because we have re -launched the magazine and the Playmate franchise, all base it in Miami. And then we have a huge license company on a global basis, and we are planning to build an important license team in Miami.”

“The connection was because of a mutual friend and from the first meeting I knew that Playboy belonged to the Rivani penthouse. This deal was in the making. Our brokers were helpful in compiling the vision, negotiating the conditions and completing the deal,” Rivani expanded.
Playboy did not specify what could happen to the long -standing La Mansion, but told Fox Digital that they would be moved to the new office in Miami next year.
The Risqué-But-printable brand was founded in 1953 By Hugh HefnerA former copywriter for Esquire. The first song was Marilyn Monroe and sold more than 50,000 copies.
During the sixties and 70s, Playboy reached its peak influence and soon became more than just a men’s magazine. It contained interviews with world leaders such as Martin Luther King Jr., Jimmy Carter and John Lennon, and started setting up literary fiction – all while expanding to night clubs, casinos and television shows.

In the 2000s and today, Playboy started a pivot to lifestyle, fashion, brand licenses and sexual well -being. The magazine stopped regular publication in 2020 and now exists as a digital-first platform.
