The United States experiences a level of left -wing political violence that has not been seen since the early 1970s, with one important and horrifying difference: today a radicalized violent extremist can be everywhere.
In the past year we saw the murder of Charlie Kirk in Utah, two almost -Missers for President Trump, the murder of the CEO of Unitedhealthcare Brian Thompson in New York, the Church Shooting in Minnesota in Minnesota in which a transgender attacker was all about two children, and this week,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, and,,,,, and,, this week,, and, this week,, and, this week. Immigration and Customs facility.
Democrats want a return to the worst of the sixties radicalism and violence
All these acts of left-wing violence concerned online radicalization and, in some cases, links to Antifa, a separate group of left-wing extremists who designated the Trump government a domestic terrorist organization.
Unfortunately, most Democrats will not even admit that Antifa exists as the death toll rises.
Between 1969 and 1975, another left -wing domestic terror outfit, The Weather Underground, at least 29 deeds of political violence, almost all committed in Chicago, New York City, Cambridge, Washington, DC and San Francisco. Outside these places the group had little to no reach.
Antifa is more dangerous than the terrorist groups from the 70s, because it can radicalize members online, writes David Marcus. (Department of Justice)
To add to the Weathermen then, usually white devoted from university age-much from the normal backgrounds, if that sounds known to appear personally. They might come from Kansas, but they had to look for the movement. The movement could not effectively come to them.
Two weeks ago the citizens of Sleepy St. George, Utah, woke up with the news that Charlie Kirk’s alleged murderer was radicalized and precisely under their noses.
Likewise we saw little political violence in ICE offices in Dallas-Die in the 1970s, the last of a suspect who pulled left-wing messages on his bullets and reflected the alleged shooter in Utah. Just before that attack, I met Cassandra, a fifth class teacher in Dallas in her early 1930s who discussed the murder of Kirk and political violence in general.
“It gives me fear,” she said. “Like, I am in my car and make sure that someone will hit me, or I’m going to be shot.”

This was a fundamental human response from someone who, as far as I could see, mainly invested in politics. It is of course the purpose of every terrorist to let the general population live in fear until political goals have been achieved.
I do not imagine that Cassandra still feels relaxed today.
Part of what causes this fear and fear is how invisible those who commit today’s left -wing political violence seem to be. There is no clubhouse; There is no Black Panther Party that gives free breakfast to cover for their murders.
These murderers learn their ideology and their trade almost exclusively online, in dark corners of the web – places such as Reddit and Discord – then they log and appear in real life, as if they are nowhere.
You could live next to someone who is willing to commit the left, regardless of where you live in America.

There are real, physical antifa branches, especially in places such as Portland and Seattle. We know this because they regularly set fire to federal buildings and beat journalists. But they are not the biggest threat. To be honest, they could be cared for quickly if someone took the trouble to guard them.
No, the real threat – one that gets people on their lap and killed – is the foggy online presence of Antifa and related groups, not only in America, but also in Europe. It is an ideology of evil that is slowly being partying with murderous results.
People are not jealous of the situation in which attorney -general Pam Bondi and FBI director Kash Patel are located. It must feel like chasing spirits, while servers and chat groups come into existence, digital tracks well covered.
What would help them the most is if Democrats stop with persistent claiming that Antifa does not exist, or is just ‘an idea’ or asks’, who could be ‘anti-fascism’? “Radicals not only regard this as tacit approval, it also prevents an united attempt to eradicate this violence.
We are nowhere close to the level of political violence that peaked in the 1970s, when bomb attacks felt like weekly events. But we are trending in that direction, and until Democrats are willing to take this threat seriously, it will be very difficult for the Trump government to stop what is coming.
