On Monday, Trump made it clear that he wants to send National Guard troops to Chicago through the city and Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker to attack.

I told some people that you really want to be asked in a certain way. You know, I hate to fall in on a city and then be treated terribly by corrupt politicians and bad politicians, such as a man like Pritzker. He should spend more time in the gym. This man is actually a disaster.

Trump also called Chicago a murder field that was completely inaccurate. Chicago has seen a fall of 40% in shootings, a historical decrease in violent crime and 32% decrease in murders in The first half of 2025.
If Trump thinks that murders are in Chicago, it is because that is what Fox News tells him.
It is no coincidence that the governors who consider 2028 presidential campaigns suddenly see the National Guard troops that have been used to tackle imaginary crime waves.
All cities relate to crime issues.
It is the amount of arrogant delusion for one of the most obese presidents in American history to tell a governor to go to the gym. The next time Donald Trump works in a gym, the first will be.
Trump is notorious to avoid exercise because he thinks people only have a finite amount of energy in their bodies and that energy should not be exhausted by exercise.
Donald Trump is not a person who should criticize a person’s weight or fitness. Gov. suggests the fact that he criticizes. Pritzker that he regards him as a formidable opponent.
Trump is reportedly planning to use the National Guard in Chicago. The answer will be the next step in the fight for democracy.
