Rep. Maxwell Frost has a gift to explain the seemingly complicated in a simple way, so while the regular media bind in knots trying to explain why Republicans have the ‘prevailing in the government closure, Frost cuts all that while spoke with Msnbc’s Lawrence O’Donnell.
Lawrence O’Donnell from MSNBC said: “There is a Republican majority in the house. There is a Republican majority in the Senate. There is a Republican in the White House, and they could not pass on the bills to keep the government. They check everything.”
Frost explained the actual lay of the political country:
I mean, it’s really that simple. And everything you have to do is look at the fact that the last time we were in this situation, the last time we had a government shields in the first term of Trump.
So he is in the habit of closing the government about everything that is his matter of the day. And now. He closes the government because he does not want to do anything to repair this health care system that he really broke. I mean, look at the great ugly bill that was accepted. 17 million people are stopped from their health insurance.
Now we have lost this affordable Care ACT taxing subsidy. What does that mean? It means that they receive letters sent today for 25 million Americans. They will tell them that their health care premiums are increasing 50 to 300%everywhere. And what we say is, let’s solve that/
Let us ensure that 17 million people are not kicked out of their health insurance. Let us ensure that Americans in the working class do not receive that letter. Saying that they are going to pay more than double for their health care and Donald Trump wants nothing to do with it. So he said, no, I don’t want to do that. So the government closes.
And it all has to do with the fact that he works to continue to enrich people like him. He was so before he was in the White House as a CEO, benefited and benefited from working families. It is no different now that he is president.

This is why Republicans are doomed. De Gop fights against reducing premiums for health insurance policies. Republicans fight to make people pay more. That is why they come up with crazy stories about Democrats who want illegal alien beings to have healthcare.
They cannot justify their opposition at lower health insurance premiums, since they have already raised them.
Republicans are doomed with this closure. Whether they are big and give Democrats a great victory, or they refuse and increase the premiums for health insurance for the American people.
By fighting for the American people, Democrats have already won.
