The party is now a refuge for elites that are virtue signal from their penthouses, while the policy is stimulated that the economic mobility for the American working class crushes.
Democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani, the 33-year-old leader for mayor of New York City, embodies that betrayal. The son of Oscar-nominated filmmaker Mira Nair and a prominent academician, he enjoys a salary with six digits while he is running against Privileges and benefits from a rental apartment that is intended for struggling families.
