Donald Trump changed Los Angeles to the epicenter of his authoritarian fantasies, but today the people from LA are pushing back.
One of the greatest No Kings protests is to take shape in Los Angeles, where residents are in force to send a message to Donald Trump.
ABC7 reported:
If there was any question, this would be a huge protest, well, that was answered. It will be Pershing Square. You have a crowd around it. And then to the right side of your screen is Broadway and Hill Street. And while you go up Hill Street and then go to Broadway, and your Broadway goes north to the town hall, that is where everyone initially gathered, in Grant Park. It’s just a stream of people. So the chef had certainly mentioned 10s of 1000S, certainly that, if not perhaps 100,000 and that is a large number of people to try.

The interesting element for this protest is the various group of people who show up. People who have never protested before stand in addition to activists who have been protesting for years or even decades.
The protest itself contains a wide range of issues from the economy to immigration to LGBTQ+ rights, to abortion.
The only thing that all these protesters have in common is that they reject Donald Trump and his presidency.
Trump tried to turn on violence and chaos in Los Angeles. Instead, the city comes out in such large numbers in the town hall that they have surpassed the National Guard troops, and the National Guard troops are overshadowed by the protest.

The most important thing is that these protests are peaceful, just as is seen in other cities.
Donald Trump does not get what he wants in any way. The streets of Washington, DC have been described by reporters as empty for Trump’s birthday party Military Parade. In the meantime, millions of Americans gather in more than 2,000 locations to reject his presidency.
If the Trump government thought it would make an example from Los Angeles, they would be wrong. La shows the nation the depth of his rejection of his presidency.
America rejects the criminal that would be king, and in the process that arises to protect democracy.
