As former FBI director James Comey defends himself publicly against a large jury attack, a legal analyst and former assistant -Marican lawyer claims that the case must be thrown away.

“My heart is broken for the Ministry of Justice, but I have a lot of faith in the federal judicial system,” said Comey in an Instagram post. “I am innocent. So let’s have an test and retain faith.”

“[The indictment] Seems based on something that is not true, namely that is that [former Deputy Director Andrew] McCabe said Comey authorized him to leak to the Wall Street Journal. If you look closely at what McCabe said, what McCabe said was that he pointed a leak to the Wall Street Journal and told Comey about it, “explained McCarthy.
“So it is true that Comey never authorized it in the sense that it was good before it happened,” the legal expert expanded. “So I don’t see how they can make that business.”
Patrick J. Fitzgerald will represent Comey in the case and said his client denies the charges. The judge assigned to the case is the American district judge Michael Nachmanoff, who was appointed by former President Joe Biden in 2021.

“I [have known] Comey for 40 years. I like him, I was in the office with him, “said McCarthy.” But on legal things I try to be clinical and call it as I see it. So I think this judge should throw the case away, but I am afraid he will not throw the case away because everyone will say, “He is a Biden judge and the solution is in.” “

Comey is said to be handed in on Friday and his preliminary guidance is planned for 10 am on 9 October.
