Golf was invented in Scotland, so it seems that Johnnie Walker, another Scottish staple, will continue to embrace the game for the largest rivalry in the country next week.
The Ryder CupThis will be held on the iconic Bethpage Black Course on Long Island on September 26-28, is one of the most exciting rivalry in Sport as Team USA and Team Europe struggle to see who will possess rights to the next tournament in 2027.
So, Johnnie Walker, the world’s no. 1 Scotch Whiskey brand, revealed the initiative of “The Spirit of the Cup” that Fan-First has driven and celebrates national pride which way you pull.

As part of the initiative, Johnnie Walker collaborated with Deverux Golf, a trend -set clothing brand, to create fashion that focuses on the rivalry of the tournament. It combines street style and the energy that New York City Can everyone bring forward, given how close to this year’s tournament is for the ‘Big Apple’.
From daring sweaters to classic polos and cardigans, Golffans the team they love, while they also show off their own sense of fashion.
But that’s not all. Johnnie Walker has also made cocktail couriers kits, which are available in editions with both US and Europe theme. The kits are equipped with the keep Walking 18 cocktail, a refreshment with golf theme that also included Deverux and Johnnie Walker-Merchandise to celebrate the moment.

Finally, and perhaps the coolest part of the initiative, Golffans is together in New York City in Ryder Cup Week by “The Spirit of the Cup Tour”.
Johnnie Walker will set up a truck on the brand that will stop through the city at several locations to organize watch parties, to publish exclusive Deverux-Golf-Golf merchandise, play street golf games and of course serve golf inspired cocktails. While Keep Walking 18 is a classic, Johnnie Lemonade and Blue will also be available in one for anyone who wants to catch the tournament with the Johnnie Walker team.
This entire initiative is done to deliver the brand’s mission to make golf accessible, including and fun for everyone. And there may not be a better time to do that, because countries unite to support their side in the Ryder Cup.
