JD Vance is almost as much as as much as He is checked by the American people when he shows his face in public, But what he did on Fox News when he sat down to talk to Laura Ingraham about Putin, put things to a new and democracy in danger.

Ingraham asked Vance what it was like to meet Putin, and the vice president of the United States said:
I never actually met Putin, the president did that, that meeting. I spoke to him on the phone a number of times. It is interesting, he is, he is spoken more softly than you would necessarily expect. The, the American media have a certain image of him.
He is spoken softly in a certain way. He is very intentional. He is very careful. And I think he is fundamentally a person looking for the interests as he sees it, from Russia. And I think one of the reasons why he respects the president of the United States is because he knows that the president is looking forward to it. For the interests of the American people and although they often disagree about issues, and of course the president has been very critical, about Vladimir Putin, the president is also willing to work with someone if he thinks it will achieve an important goal for America.
And we all agree that an important goal is to stop killing.
According to Vance, Putin is not a bad guy. Putin wants to stop the murders. Of course it was Putin who invaded Ukraine. It is also Putin who could stop killing innocent Ukrainians when he wanted to.
