The Israeli military released a video on Tuesday showing the Israeli Air Force “destroying the Iranian regime’s missile launchers, defense systems and live-fire arrays.”
The IDF said more than 60 attacks have recently been carried out in waves across western Iran, hitting targets including ballistic missile vehicles, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and loaded rocket launchers.
The development comes as Iran fired “again” cluster submunition rockets at Israeli civilians in central Israel on Tuesday, IDF international spokesman Lieutenant Nadav Shoshani said.
“The Iranian regime’s war crimes continue,” he wrote on X.

Shoshani also said it in a video that “our forces, together with the US forces, continue to degrade the military capabilities of the Iranian regime.”
“Yesterday, Hezbollah, Iran’s main terrorist ally, launched dozens of missiles and UAVs from southern Lebanon at Israeli civilians in northern Israel,” he continued. “Our armed forces are prepared to fortify and protect all borders as part of this operation and are more than ready.”

“We are preparing for the possibility that Hezbollah will expand its attacks on Israeli civilians,” Shoshani warned. “This includes strengthening air defense systems and troop presence.”
“Overnight, IDF forces were positioned at several points near the border area in southern Lebanon as part of an enhanced forward defense position. Let me be clear: this is not a ground maneuver into Lebanon. It is a tactical step to create an additional level of security for the residents of northern Israel,” Shoshani added.

“Let me remind you that on October 8, the day after the October 7 massacre, Hezbollah took control of vantage points near the northern border and indiscriminately fired RPGs and rockets at Israeli civilians on the northern border. As a result, Israel had to evacuate approximately 60,000 civilians from their homes for months. We will not let that happen again,” he said. “Tonight we carried out a series of pre-emptive strikes against Hezbollah military infrastructure across Lebanon to neutralize the continued fire on our citizens.”
