Israel said on Saturday that it is planning to move Palestinians to South Gaza while preparing for a new military offensive.
“In accordance with the guideline of the political echelon, and as part of the @IDF preparations to move the population from combat zones to South Gaza for their protection, the range of tents and accommodation equipment to Gaza tomorrow (Sunday) will resume,” said Cogat, the Militaire Agency that is in charge of Humanitaire -Post – “The help will be transferred via the Kerem Shalom Crossing by the UN and international organizations, after a thorough safety inspection. We will continue to act in accordance with international law to facilitate the accession of humanitarian aid to the Gaza strip.”
The Israeli defense forces did not say when the mass movement of people would start south.
The Israeli Minister of Defense Israel Katz wrote on social media on Saturday that the country ‘at the stage of discussions is to formulate the plan to defeat Hamas in Gaza and to return the hostages, and in their conclusion there will be an extensive and powerful plan to implement the mission in all its aspects.

“We want to free ourselves and free the people of Gaza from the terrible fear of Hamas,” said Netanyahu.
Families of hostages who are still being held by Hamas, called on Sunday to a “national day of stopping” to protest against extensive activities in Gaza, because hostages stay there when the war goes into his third year.
Fifty hostages still stay in Gaza, although only 20 are still supposed to live.
“Fifty hostages have been held in Hamas’ Death Tunnels for almost 700 days. We have all torn the images of Evyatar David and Rom Breslavsky who have seen suffering from unimaginable human torment,” said the forum of the hostages and missing families in a statement.

It added: “Now it is time to act: to go to the street, to support the families of the hostages, to support the soldiers’ families and to influence the future of the hostages and the future of the country – because only people can bring the hostages home,” said the Times of Israel.
Two mothers and a woman of three hostages wrote in a joint letter about ‘Hope’.
“The days are long, the nights are even longer,” wrote the mothers and wife of hostages Matan Angrest, Nimrod Cohen and Omri Miran.
