Donald Trump becomes very sensitive when his crime dinner Theater is called up as the poor political implementation that it is.
Government Wes Moore (D-MD) did not call Trump as much as he offered him an invitation to come to Maryland and walk the streets with him.
Trump responded to the invitation with an epic collapse:
Governor Wes Moore van Maryland has asked, on a rather filthy and provocative tone, that I walk with him “through the streets of Maryland”. I assume he is talking about getting out of hand, drove through the crime, Baltimore? As a president, I would give a lot to clean up this crime disaster before I go there for a ‘walk’. Wes Moore’s record about crime is a very bad one, unless he fudges his figures on crime like many of the other “blue states”.
But if Wes Moore needs help, such as Gavin Newscum in LA, I will send the ‘troops’ that will be done in the nearby DC and quickly clean up the crime. After just one week there is no crime and no murder in DC! If it is in Baltimore, I will proudly “walk through the streets” with the failure, because of the crime, governor of Maryland. PS Baltimore is on the 4th worst city in the nation in crime and murder. Stop talking and going to work, Wes. I see you on the street !!

Moore responded to Trump on CBS ‘face of the nation:
The murder percentage in Maryland has fallen more than 20% because I have been the governor, and the last time the murder rate was so low in the city of Baltimore, I was not born yet. And so the reason I have asked the president to come to us and join us, because he seems to enjoy life in this blissful ignorance. These tropics, terrifying tactics in these eighties. And you know, last week I was in Baltimore, and I was with a group called ‘We Our Us’ who is a violent intervention group for violence. And they say we have everything we have, we are everything we need. And that is exactly how people in this community feel. Because while the president spends his time from the Oval Office and Jabs and attacks us, there are people who actually do the work who know which supports would actually work to continue to reduce crime, but it falls on the deaf ears of the President of the United States.

We know we are doing work. We know that if a person does not feel safe in his neighborhood, that is one too many. But we also know which tactics actually work and what tactics is only theatrics.

We need the president to stop reducing financing. Because if you look at the president’s budget, it actually lowers the financing of intervention groups for violence. It lowers the financing in the direction of the FBI agencies and the ATF that support local jurisdictions such as Baltimore. That it does nothing about things such as ghost guns and these extensive glock clips with which these glocks can essentially change automatic weapons. Those are actually real, tangible things that the president of the United States could do and where you could put capital to actually make our communities safer.
Trump’s Crime Theater does not distract the country from the dying economy, rising costs and inflation. Trump was unable to distract the Epstein files. What really seems to activate Trump is when people who are not white and have power calls his smokescreen and distraction tactics.
Only a few days ago, Trump claimed to go on a patrol in Washington, DC, but instead Came up, threw some pizzas on law enforcement, gave a number of bibbles and went home.
Trump uses taxpayers to solve imaginary problems that he creates so that he can claim that he is getting victories.
Crime is an important problem, but Trump does not do what needs to be done.
Gove Wes Moore has activated Trump by not challenging the crime issue and calling the failed policy of this president.
