The coordinator of Israel for government activities in the areas (COGAT), which supervises humanitarian and civil efforts in Gaza, has released two revealing conversations between residents of Gaza and officers of the Coordination and Liaison Administration (CLA) for Gaza.
The inhabitants of Gaza, who says Cogat Cogat – an Israelian that they were at humanitarian aid division places, told a CLA officer about how Hamas tries to disturb the assistant system through violence and manipulation. The testimonials show that “Hamas Vuurt in residents of Gaza in the vicinity of the auxiliary distribution places, distributes false claims over IDF fire, publishes manufactured data over large numbers of victims and circulating fake images,” says Cogat.

Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Tammy Bruce recognized the use of violence by Hamas to “disrupt assistance to the people of Gaza”.
“This is how Hamas works – they deliberately shoot people and want it to look like the army is the shooting, so that no one will approach the auxiliary areas for auxiliary distribution,” a resident of Gaza told a CLA officer, according to the translation of Cogat.
Another resident of Gaza told a CLA officer that Palestinians who try to get help “come across criminals along the way” and that “those criminals at least 2, 3, 5 people kill.”

The tensions rise as Israel is strongly denied shooting on Palestinians on the humanitarian site of Gaza
The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), a group supported by the American and Israel, has confronted with recoil about reports of violent and even fatal incidents around the secure sites. In response to the videos that Cogat has released, a GHF spokesperson said that “Hamas is working on destroying the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation because our model works.”
GHF has pushed back on claims that Palestinians are being killed at the locations. However, it says that Hamas killed some of his employees: “Completions on our American workers and endangered citizens for accepting help.”

Despite the return, the GHF encourages other organizations – including his critics – to participate in his mission to help the people of Gaza, while Hamas does not get hold of it.
“Ultimately, the solution is more help. If other groups were to join us, we could scale up … We can also collaborate with the UN and other groups on other means, while making their help reach the right people,” said the GHF spokesperson.
