Fox Sports NFL Analyst Mark Schlereth said he urinates on the floor of airplane bathrooms to punish fellow passengers who wear only socks to the toilet. (Watch the video below.)
How Schlereth’s stream of consciousness ended up on this dirty patch is a bit of a story in itself.
The three-time Super Bowl-winning lineman, who also hosts a podcast called “The stinking truth‘ with a wink to his nickname, “Stink”was a guest on the “You Better You Bet” podcast this week when host Nick Kostos said:
“Non-football related. Of all the things going on in your life right now, Stink, what irritates you the most? What irritates you the most? Something non-football in your life.”
“I’m the happiest man you’ll ever meet in your life,” Schlereth replied. “I’ll say one thing that irritates me: See, now I’m telling myself: people who don’t know how to travel. Like, no one wants to see your feet in flip-flops on a plane. Not one person. No one wants to see you in a tank top with your armpits hanging out. That drives me crazy. Talk to you and dress decently. Put on a pair of shoes.”
Some travel do’s and don’ts from a guy who’s flown to countless games sounds reasonable, right?
Not where this is going.
“Should the people in flip-flops be executed on planes?” Kostos joked.
“Well, I don’t know,” Schlereth replied, laughing. “But I always pee on the floor just to make sure. I’ve seen people walking in the bathroom in socks. I always pee on the floor just to make sure that if you walk in with socks you get urine on your feet.”
“Great stuff, Stink. We’ll talk to you next week,” Kostos said.

The former NFL star did not respond to HuffPost’s request for confirmation that he was at the level. But his anecdote seemed a little too specific not to be, right?
