The ferry boats that were used to transport people have two levels, with a few benches at both levels, but according to the report people are usually on the boat instead. The boats travel between Disney’s Transportation & Ticket Center and Disney’s Magic Kingdom.
Tami Hackett, who sat on the boat with her family, remembered what happened during the crash.
“Suddenly we are against somewhere and we all went to fly forward, fell. The pram landed on his back, causing the girls to hit their heads. Many people shouted and really hurt. We took the girls out, and they were to be honest, and it all went off.
Another person who was on the boat, Heidi Goldsworthy, said the scene was chaotic.

“It was so sudden and it was chaotic, then completely chaotic. Passengers helped to get passengers and checked people and made sure everyone was in order,” Goldsworthy said the outlet.
It was not the first time ferry boats in Walt Disney World were involved in accidents.
Justin Tripp charged Walt Disney World after a ferry crashed into a dock and reportedly steer it in a garbage can.
Tripp said in a lawsuit that he sustained various injuries on his head and neck, as well as other parts of his body.
