Republicans tried to defend Planned Parenthood in their tax cuts for the rich and not health care for all legislation of all others that Trump signed in the law. De Gop thought they could circumvent legal challenges by having PP relax for only a year, but the courts went into and blocked the scheme.
The last step was that a new federal court order replace the temporary limiting order, as the AP Reported:
The new order replaces an earlier Edict that was transferred last week by the American district judge Indira Talwani in Boston. Talwani initially granted a provisional order that specifically blocks the government to reduce medicaid payments to planned members of parenting who did not offer abortion care or no threshold of at least $ 800,000 to Medicaid compensions in a certain year.
“Patients probably suffer from adverse effects on health where care is disrupted or not available,” Talwani wrote in her Monday order. “In particular, limiting the ability of members to provide healthcare services threatens an increase in unintended pregnancies and associated complications due to reduced access to effective contraceptives, and an increase in non -diagnosed and untreated STDs.”
What Republicans regard as a big beautiful bill is an anchor around their necks. Since the unmasking of Planned Parenthood is only written in the law for a year, there is a growing possibility that the switch to defending Planned Parenthood will never take place, because the legislation can continue to be bound in court the following year.
There is so much of what Trump does that is not legal or political. It is as if the executive has been converted into a reality show that has no serious interest in rule competitively, but the incompetence is combined with the extreme agenda of right -wing ideologists, who still has the potential to harm millions of Americans.
The best that can happen for those who can lose their health care, whether this is by Medicaid cuts or is planned parenthood is that Trump is designed by Democrats who won control over all or part of the congress next year.
