Donald Trump’s assets have more than doubled during the first year of his second term, largely because of the crypto scheme that he has led, but this has prevented Trump from trying to pay the $ 83.3 million that he owes E. Jean Carroll for it.

On Monday, a Federal Court of Appeal ruled against the claims of Trump that is covered by presidential immunity and that the prize to Carroll was exaggerated.

Courts have previously established that Trump’s defamation was not an official act of the presidency, so it would not be covered under claims of presidential immunity.
Thanks to the conservative majority of the Supreme Court, however, Trump believes that he has unlimited immunity, so he constantly tries to assert presidential immunity to everything.
