Thanks to the conservative majority of the Supreme Court, Donald Trump has immunity in the White House for official actions.
However, that immunity does not extend to members of the Trump government.
Since the Republican majorities in the house and the Senate have given up their supervision of responsibilities, the obligation to supervise the implementing power to Democrats if they win the house in 2026.
Rep. Eric Swalwell, who participates in the Huis Oversight Committee, has a message for federal public prosecutors who come together with Trump’s corrupt prosecutions.
Swalwell (D-CA) said on CNN:
The president who says he has no control here, he has all the control here. He is the one who tweeted to the Attorney General who needs to be charged Comey. He is the one who fired the American lawyer who would not accuse Comey. And so this is a very corrupt corrosive act that the president takes.
And what I would just say to every public prosecutor. At the Ministry of Justice it is not gone as a member of the judicial committee, I promise that when Democrats are in the majority, we will all look at this and there will be an accountability and barlicences will be at stake in your local jurisdiction if you can corrupt people where you cannot prove the matter without reasonable doubt.

The hunger for taking Trump grows with many voters, But the real weak spot is not Trump. It is what we will discuss below.
