In the past, cigar champing, Big-City Democratic politicians would be in smoky back rooms and hand out patronage tracks for their supporters. The cousin of the neighborhood leader would get a soft no-show appointment for the water committee and the wheels of politics had been greased.
Nowadays much of this flagrant corruption has been eliminated, but the modern Democrats have found a new, more subtle and much more lucrative way to pay off their allies. It is called diversity, fairness and inclusion.
DNC members gather around pro-dei resolution: “These are American values”
During the BIDEN administration, only the Ministry of Education spent $ 1 billion to Dei, and that is only one federal agency. In almost every blue city and suburb in America, local and entire efforts over the entire state pour even more money into diversity programs.
Every person who has ever undergone a business training session knows exactly what the taxpayers receive in exchange for this fortune that is led to dei experts and organizations: absolutely nothing.

These hucksters are handed over millions by Democrats only for compiling a few Power Point presentations about privilege theory, sages of whiteness or trans -visibility. Boss Tweed and the gang in Tammany Hall would have awe.
The corrupt boss of the Union used to get a beautiful beach house. These dei people build the company’s head office.
An interesting difference between the old corruption and the new is that it was mostly men in politics who gave men in the transactions easily to the favor of Curry. But with dei, it is more often women in politics who give women in the jobs in the diversity industry.
CNNs from Jones recently touched this in a way that gives up anything but the game.
“So far, 300,000 black women have lost their jobs since Trump became president,” said Jones. “For decades and decades, black women were not very welcome in the corridors of American business. Everyone knew that. Over the years, many of our best and smartest black women instead started working proudly in the public sector.”

Note that Jones did not argue that these jobs are needed, but rather that they exist as a kind of work program for black women. He continued to say: “Black women with multiple advanced degrees … near perfect data as voters … Respected roles in their churches and women’s clubs … and houses in their own names are confronted with bankruptcy, shielding and economic disaster.”
Now not all these jobs have been to Dei, but many of them have been. And here Jones does not admit that this is specifically designed for black women who happen to be the most reliable democratic voters in the universe.
In recent years, to say nothing of almost every company in the nation, the American taxpayer has spent money on Dei, Scrooge McDuck level, but has there been a single success story? An organization that can say credibly: “We are much less racist now?”
Democrats simply seem to assume that every time spent talking about the evil of racism and how terribly white people have been and remain, time is well spent, even more if they can throw a lot of money at it.
But increasingly, as Jones makes it clear, it seems that Dei’s goal is not really to solve racism, something that progressives actually don’t think that it is possible, but rather to create patronage tracks for loyal voters.

In eternity.
It is regrettable that thousands of people have invested years of university and professional careers in a dei industry that has proved to be a poorly failed experiment. But the American people don’t want it, and they certainly don’t want to pay for it.
Perhaps there has been a time when you could look at Dei and say, “Ok, let’s try”, but that time has passed. This approach to diversity has only made racer relationships worse, and at the moment it can continue to finance on the dime of the taxpayers are only called corruption.
The smoky back rooms of yesteryear may have given way to Alfresco’s Espresso -Martinis in our modern times, but a patronage job is a patronage track, whether it is in a crowest to view a cargo ship, or make posters about unconscious bias.
The Trump government is right to tackle dei at the federal level and every state and place must do the same. It is not just a waste of money, it is corruption in action.
