Founder and CEO of Lionsgate Network Bezalel Eithhan Raviv talks about the new ‘War of Codes’ that he thinks could be the future of warfare.
“I think it’s a game changer. I think geopolitical efforts and war as we see that it is now playing in different ways,” said Raviv. “We have always said that when you are tracing the money, you are able to see what is behind the curtain. And now this is a different escalation or evolution of how factors or actors or entities in space are able to focus the actual financing source and change the game for the entire system.”

Nobitex, one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges by Iran, was recently the victim of a hack that led to almost $ 90 million in losing. The Hackgroep Gonjeshke Darande, who has ties with Israel, claimed responsibility for the attack. According to ReutersGonjeshke Darande has a history of attacking Iran due to refined cyber hacks. Although the Israeli government has never formally recognized its ties with the group, Israeli media says that Gonjeshke Darande is “connected” to the country.
The newest apparent anti-Iran-Hack from Gonjeshke Darandee comes as long-term escalating tensions between Tehran and Jerusalem broke out on 13 June with the historical preventive attacks of Israel. Now Raviv says that the world witnesses a new form of warfare with almost zero lives lost.

RAVIV acknowledges that although human lives are not lost on the digital battlefield, they can be destroyed by bad actors. He said that the parallels between traditional terrorism and financial terrorism are clear – harmful actors focus on an entity, and the victims are often innocent consumers who just trusted their funds with an unprepared custodian.
“People are being scammed, just in the US $ 53 billion a year,” said Raviv. “This is a very alarming song and it sounds like a church bell on Sunday, but law enforcement has clearly not yet stepped to the game because we have seen those cases, 6,000 new things every day, right?”
Now RAVIV calls for more action and says that legislation such as the recently applied genius action is not enough.

Although the CEO of the Lionsgate Network believes that there is work to be done on different fronts, he says that it all comes from “the fact that every exchange moves malignant money and enjoys the committee, regardless of whether that transaction was legitimate or illegal, they still enjoy the actual committee. That is their bloodline. That is how they benefit.”
