The Chilean authorities announced on Tuesday that they had handed $ 125,000 to watches stolen from Keanu Reeves on the FBI.
The FBI will return the six watches – including a Rolex worth at least $ 9,500 – to the Canadian actor who is best known for his versions in “John Wick” and “The Matrix”, according to the Associated Press.
The timepieces, found months ago during police raids, were stolen from the house of Reeves in the Hollywood Hills district in Los Angeles in December 2023 in the midst of a series of controversial burglaries.
Reeves identified the recovered watches such as the stolen, the AP reported, referring to Chilean prosecutors.

The broken watches from Reeves were found during police raids in the capital of Chile of Santiago. Law enforcement found a series of stolen items at the time, including iPhones, cars, designer wallets and luxury watches, according to AP.

The raids also coincided with a separate investigation into a series of robberies by South -American crime groups that focus on American luxury houses, including the home of professional football player Travis Kelce, the AP reported.

The police in Chile announced in April that 23 civilians who are connected to the Burglations series were arrested, according to the AP.
