In June, the border patrol came across just over 6,000 inadmissible aliens in the penetration of penetration. Under President Joe Biden they sometimes saw twice as much in one day. Apart from the abuse of conditional release, the Biden administration disguised the access of millions of unacceptable alien beings in our country by catching and release: hold them for a few hours, do volatile data input and then move them in where they are difficult to find and later.

Former secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayoras testified in December 2023 that DHS released more than 85% of the alien beings that came in illegally. That was the worst month for encounters of unacceptable aliens on the southern border in American history – 251.178. That means that around 213,500 were probably released – about 10 times the total number of aliens found last month on all our borders together. Non -Non -Non -Non -Non -Endertified Aliens were released in one month than the current population of Tallahassee, Florida.
Making it difficult for a future president to restore the rule of law was part of the plan – and now the Legacy Media is doing its bit by painting routine law enforcement as an authoritarian excess.
‘Trump Effect’ recommended if the southern border numbers remain low, including new record
Under President Donald Trump, extraterrestrial beings are usually held pending the completion of their appropriate immigration process without permission – as explicitly requires the law. In some cases this means an accelerated removal process under the Immigration and Nationality Act. But much more will exploit us overly generous and backup asylum process to slow things down.
Allegedly, immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) will no longer allow routine hearings for alien beings to ask an immigration court to release them while awaiting their trial. Why? Because, when held, aliens always appear before every hearing. They want it to be done quickly, especially if they know that they do not have a credible asylum shop. When they let go in the country, free to work, aliens want to drag it out. Many do not show up for their data from the Immigration Court. In the period of Biden, more than half a million alien beings did not show up for their removal hearings.
Maintaining illegal alien beings during their entire process means that if the result is an order for their removal (that is, deportation to their home country or another that will bring them), the decision of the judge can be carried out quickly and safely. If they are released in the American interior, it takes time and staff to find them later and to arrest again.

Speed and efficiency are in everyone’s interest, and in normal times an accelerated removal case should only last a few weeks from start to finish. Asylum cases can take longer, especially with professions, but that should still mean only a few months, not years.

The pace has been delayed in recent years due to the massive disadvantage caused by uncontrolled illegal access and deserving asylum claims. But the big wonderful account has $ 170 billion to hire 300 more immigration judges and more DHS employees, to increase the detention capacity to 100,000, and more. Increased detention will remove incentive for alien beings to make unfounded claims.

And Trump stopped financing the web of activist NGOs that became thick from facilitating massive illegal migration.

Equally important, Trump had the power to support federal agents in doing their duty. Under Biden ICE was told to ignore most illegal immigrants – just as the police are obliged by politicians to look the other way in our big cities when it comes to countless crimes that undermine the quality of life for everyone. Now agents are visiting their work that enforces federal law. The media and some politicians are great to see that it works.

While Biden complained about invisible troops outside of his control, or for more money or new laws from the congress, Trump traded. He withdrew the red carpet for the inadmissible economic migrants in the world and they stopped coming.
Even if most media pretend to be perplexed about the relationship between policy and results, Americans can link cause and effect, and let’s hope they get used to it. Then they will never allow a future president – of both parties – to give up his duties and reopen the border.
