Hudson, 24, submitted a trademark request for the term “Gold Digger” through her company, TCe Rights Management on Monday, according to multiple Reports.
The former Cheerleader has plans to use the trademark for jewelry or key chains, according to documents obtained by People. The application has been submitted, but is reportedly waiting for assessment by an inquiring lawyer.
TCE Rights Management also submitted trademarks for several other conditions in April, including “Chapel Bill (Bill’s Version)”, “No Days Off (Bill’s Version)” and “Belecast” in connection with the new company of Belichick as the main football coach of the University of North Carolina. Behick was declared head Coach in December.
Neither Hudson nor Belichick immediately responded to Huffpost’s requests for comments.
Hudson’s relationship with the legendary former coach of the New England Patriots has been examined on a large scale because of the considerable age gap between the couple.
Hudson and Belichick, 73, started to date for the first time in 2023, not long after Belichick ended his 16-year relationship with Linda Holliday. Belichick was previously married to ex-wife Debby Clarke Belichick of 1977-2006.
Hudson and Belichick took the headlines in April after a clip of her break and forbade a question about how they met during an uncomfortable “CBS Sunday morning” interview became viral. Belichick was in the middle of promoting his new book.
After the interview, Belichick defended Hudson and claimed in a statement to Huffpost that she was “put in” to thwart the question of journalist Tony Dokoupil to “reconsider the discussion”.
“I was not surprised at the time -related topics were introduced, and I repeatedly spent it on the reporter, Tony Dokoupil, and the producers I would rather have held the conversation on the book,” said Belichick. “After this happened several times, Jordon, with whom I share a personal and professional relationship, intervened to repeat that point to repeat the discussion.”

He added: “She was not a specific question or subject, but just doing her work to ensure that the interview remained on track.”
Belichick continued to clean up the mystery about how he met Hudson.
“Some clips look like we avoided the question of how we met, but we have been open about the fact that Jordon and I met on a flight to Palm Beach in 2021,” he shared.
