GHF has divided 167 million meals to Gazans since it started in May with the activities. In the same period, less than 18% of the help sent by the UN to Gaza has achieved their destination for theft and armed looting, according to the United Nations office for project services.
In her letter to Bondi, Stefanik stated that “by using his platform and means to strengthen Hamas-uttered disinformation,” MSF “can cross well in illegal activity.” Stefanik noted that the fight against anti-terrorism “makes it clear that no person or organization can offer material support to a designated terrorist group, including by propaganda.”

Stefanik pointed to various indicators that show AFS “are in fact not neutral in the Gaza conflict and in fact seem to seem to promote Rhetorics supported by Hamas.” She said that AMF “did not make a reference to hostages who are being held illegally by Hamas in Gaza”, and did not “campaign for them to get medical treatment”.
Stefanik described various hostages who needed specialized care. One hostage was treated for cancer on October 7. Another lost his hand during a grenade explosion at the Nova Festival. A third was abducted while nine months pregnant and gave birth while being imprisoned. “Nobody is included in the ‘humanitarian’ advocacy of MSF,” said Stefanik.
Stefanik also questioned the “extremist actions and rhetoric” of MSF employees, who led to criticism of the organization. In one case, after MSF had complained the death of an employee who was killed in Gaza in June 2024; The Israeli defense forces confirmed that he was a rocket expert for the Palestinian Islamic Jihad. In another, an employee publicly called for Palestinians to “fight and die as martyrs” according to the French publication Le Journal du Dimanche in March 2024.

Stefanik also wonders whether MSF, a registered 501 (C) (3), has violated the “strict forbidden” that are accompanied by a non -profit status. She asked that Bondi’s Office Review ASF’s “political attacks” and, if necessary, refer the group to the Internal Revenue Service.

“This is not a matter of routine supervision,” concluded Stefanik. “It is a matter of national security, the protection of American taxpayers and donors, and the defense of legitimate humanitarian organizations in one of the most dangerous conflict zones in the world. President Trump has made it clear that the United States will never tolerate support for terrorist organizations in any form, and this case requires the same clarity and resol.”
