AARON Paul Is ready to give up his historic house in Los Angeles.
The actor has placed his house in the Los Feliz -district of Los Angeles on the market for $ 9.9 million, in collaboration with Listing Agent Jenna Copper from Compass.
Originally built in 1922, the historic house was the first built on the Los Feliz Hillside, and some of the original characteristics, including the wooden beams and hand -painted ceilings, still remain.
The house was found on a building of 1.5 hectares and has 4,026 square foot living space, including three bedrooms, overlooking the landscaped gardens in the back garden, and three and a half bathrooms, next to a media room, map room and dining kitchen.

Outside the house has a swimming pool, a koi pond, a fire place, a water feature, an outdoor fireplace and several patios.
In addition to Paul, many other large Hollywood stars have called the house their house, including Robert PattinsonTim Curry, Noah Wyle, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Robert Richardson and Jim Parsons.

He played five seasons in the show from 2008 to 2013 and later returned to the character in the film 2019, “El Camino”. His representation of the character in both the show and the film, earned him six Emmy Award nominations and three victories in the Best Supporting Actor category.
