‘The Big Money Show’ panel analyzes rising markets, rising energy costs and mounting pressure on President Donald Trump as investors bet the conflict in Iran is nearing a turning point ahead of his highly anticipated speech.
Gas prices continue to rise as the situation continues conflict with Iran drives up the cost of crude oil, raising prices at the pump across the country.
The national average is now $4.11 per gallon, about 86 cents more than a month ago, according to AAA. Costs are rising in almost every region, with some states already well above the U.S. average.
On the West Coast, drivers are seeing the highest costs, with prices as high as $5.92 per gallon in California and $5.37 in Washington. Meanwhile, on the East Coast, gas prices have topped $4 in several areas, including $4.27 in Washington DC and $4.06 in New York.

In the Midwest, Illinois stands out at $4.29 per gallon, while much of the region remains around $3. The southern states remain relatively cheaper, although prices there are also rising. Texas and South Carolina both average around $3.82, while Florida is higher at $4.20.
Diesel rose to $5.61, up from about $1.45 in the past month. As an important fuel for freight, shipping and public transport, it is particularly sensitive to refinery capacity constraints and global supply disruptions.

In San Franciscoprices have risen even higher. According to new data from GasBuddy, average diesel costs have topped $8 per gallon for the first time — an unprecedented milestone for any U.S. city.
Rising fuel costs come as president Donald Trump has issued a profanity-laced warning to Iran, giving the regime until Tuesday to allow ships to pass through the key waterway – or face attacks on its critical infrastructure.
