President Donald Trump said on Monday that his administration would send defending weapons to Ukraine, so that the country torn by war could defend itself against the ongoing invasion of Russia, a clear turning after the Pentagon said it said such deliveries last week.
His comments when Russian attacks on Ukraine killed at least 11 civilians and more than 80 others were injured, including seven children, said civil servants on Monday.
“We must,” said Trump when he was questioned at the start of a dinner, he organized in the White House for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. “They must be able to defend themselves. They are now being hit very hard. We are going to send a little more weapons – defending weapons mainly.”

Pentagon stops some arms shipments to Ukraine because of concern about American stocks
Russia stays further and now checks just under one fifth of Ukrainian territory, including De Krim, Heel Luhansk, the lion’s share of three other regions and Scherken of three extra regions.
Trump’s repeated efforts to close a cease -the fires have not been successful and the president continued to express his frustration with Russian President Vladimir Putin, who continues to escalate military actions.
“I am not at all happy with President Putin,” said Trump.
The Ministry of Defense later said that it would send extra defense weapons to Ukraine in the direction of Trump, to ensure that the Ukrainians can defend themselves, while the efforts continue to secure a permanent peace.
“Our framework for Potus to evaluate military shipments around the world, remains in force and is an integral part of our first defense priorities of America,” said Pentagon spokesperson Sean Parnell.
Ukraine has asked Washington to sell the lake patriot missiles and systems that consider it the key to defend its cities to intensify Russian air strikes.

It came when Russia launched his largest air raid on the war, almost 500 drones and 60 rockets.
In response to Trump’s comments, the Kremlin said it would have time to clarify the details of American weapon help to Ukraine with Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, said there were many contradictory statements about American arms supplies on Ukraine, although it was clear that European weapons of weapons were passing through.
“It is clear that stocks will continue, that is clear. Of course, Europeans are actively involved in pumping Ukraine full of weapons,” said Peskov according to Reuters. “Regarding species of supplies and in what amount of Ukraine continues to receive from the United States, it will still take time to definitively clarify this,” he added.
Peskov said that Moscow appreciated Trump’s efforts to initiate direct negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, and that there was considerable potential for restarting Russian trade and economic relations.

Separately, the Russian Minister of Transport Roman Starovoit was found dead in what the authorities said that a clear suicide was – news that broke for hours after the Kremlin had announced that he had been fired by Putin, according to the Associated Press. Russian media have reported that his resignation could have been linked to an investigation into the darkening of state funds that have been assigned for building fortifications in the Kursk region, where he served as a governor before he was appointed Minister of Transport.
The resignation of Starovoit followed a weekend of Reischaos – Airports grown hundreds of flights due to the threat of drone attacks from Ukraine. Russian officials gave no reason for his resignation.
